2026 Seasonal Lot Available : Includes occupancy of one RV/Trailer Site with water, sewer, garbage, and mowing services included; along with use of Fish Clean house. Each unit is considered Single Family residence; we do not allow sharing of ownership.

Electricity and propane are at an additional cost to occupants. Each lot has a dedicated meter and is billed at the end of each month (winter min. amount required if renewing lease). Propane is arranged for and paid for by occupant, no tank included on site. Occupant responsible for weed-whacking and trimming around their trailer / lot.
